At the top of an 8 story department store in Yinchuan is a really unique Brazier/Barbeque place. You pay @ 144 yuan for 3 people and they have a buffet and entertainment but they also bring around meat and vegetables that they carve for you or slip off of skewers. It was really neat and the band even played some english songs. Here are some pictures.

I hope you have a wonderful time and I'm so happy you found Uncle Robin's American Pizza! Even though the local food is wonderful, we enjoyed the pizza "comfort food"! I am so excited to get to follow your journey and relive our wonderful experience of going to get Ryan! Best wishes!!
